It will help you understand yourself and even the world better.
 
3. Travel
You must experience to travel even once in your lifetime. Search for 'out of this world' places and aim to go there. Somewhere that will make you feel surreal and in awe. You can travel for leisure or travel for a purpose. You can even visit remote areas and try to experience living there. That way you can appreciate how blessed you are in this life.
 
4. Forgive and Forget
You can make mistakes and others can make mistakes towards you too. Do not hold any grudge and forgive those who have wronged you. It is easier said than done. But then again you can take your time in doing so. Time will heal all wounds. Just be open and be willing to forgive and forget.
 
You will be surprised that one day when you wake up, you are ready to forgive them. It will also be better for you to get rid of all the negativities around you. It will make you happier and healthier.
 
Of course, a perfect life does not exist, but there is a thing called happiness. Your life may not be perfect, but at the very least, it has to be happy. Do not let something hold you back in doing what you want to do. Live your life wisely so you won't have any regrets when the end comes.
